Ambulance / Hospital Transport
The surgery is not able to book any routine ambulance transport for patients.
If you have no other means of getting to a routine hospital appointment you may be eligible to book hospital transport please telephone the Ambulance Service on 0800 032 3240.
Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the hospital appointment – any request made after this may be refused by the Ambulance Service.
